Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for completion of any necessary forms. Dress comfortable as lockers, robes and slippers will be provided.

Spa Etiquette
We welcome children in the salon and spa provided they are scheduled for an appointment. All children 12 years and younger are encouraged to stay in the reception area with adult supervision. In order to maintain a stress-free and relaxing environment, cell phones and pager should be turned to vibrate or shut completely off while visiting the spa. For the well-being of our clients and staff, Grand Escape is a smoke-fee facility.

Cancellation Policy
Grand Escape requires a 24 hour notice of cancellation for any service. All multiple services and packages are reserved with the client's credit card number. A 50% charge of all scheduled services will be charged to that account without a 24 hour cancellation notice.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in spa packages or gift card purchases.
